With more than 40 years in this business, it’s no surprise that eventually customers change things internally. And every once in a while, they might try to rethink purchasing or other processes. No fault of ours, this can sometimes lead to us losing an account, and nobody likes that, but it gets better…
In many cases, we have been fortunate to maintain a solid customer base. That’s not to say we haven’t earned that. In fact, with quality, professionalism and a commitment to excellent customer service, we have always had quite a few customers return to us after experimenting with other companies. Though it’s never fun to see a customer leave, it makes things a lot better when they return to Magna to get things back on track.
