Abrasive Waterjet

For high-precision cutting with fast turnaround we offer abrasive waterjet machining. Delivering exact, satin-smooth edges through a variety of thicknesses, and a variety of materials including metals, composites, glass and plastics, the waterjet doesn’t use oils or solvents. In fact, it is considered an environmental “green” system.

We were contacted by a customer with an immediate need for a delayed solar construction project. To complete construction, they needed 224, 1/16” galvanized steel shims with a 2-day turnaround. We cut, and delivered the materials as specified. Read more about this waterjet project below.
